About the Course
Our Mindful Art Club offers a calm and creative space where art becomes a tool for wellbeing. Sessions are led by a qualified art teacher and Reiki practitioner, combining professional artistic guidance with holistic practices that support balance and self-awareness.
What is mindful art practice? Mindful art practice is the process of engaging in creative activity with full attention to the present moment. Rather than focusing on producing a finished piece, the emphasis is on the experience of making – observing colours, textures, and movements without judgement. This approach allows participants to slow down, release stress, and connect with their thoughts and emotions in a safe, supportive environment.
