About our experiences
Do I need any art experience?
No. Our sessions are designed for complete beginners as well as confident creators. We guide everything step-by-step.
What ages do you work with?
We work with all ages — from children to adults. Some spray paint and printing experiences have minimum age limits for safety, which we’ll confirm at booking.

What materials are included?
All materials are provided, including paints, spray cans, protective equipment, aprons, and tools — unless otherwise agreed.
Bookings & groups
How many people can you accommodate?
We work with small groups (6–10) up to large groups (50+). We scale staffing accordingly.
Do you do private bookings?
Yes — for birthdays, hen & stag parties, corporate events, schools, community groups, and brand activations.
How do I book?
Via our website enquiry form or by email. We’ll send a proposal, availability, and booking details.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
Graffiti & Leake Street
Is spray painting safe?
Yes. We use safe, artist-grade materials and provide masks, gloves, and protective wear. We supervise at all times.
Can we take photos?
Absolutely — Leake Street is very photo-friendly and great for memories.
What if it rains?
Leake Street is sheltered. If weather affects other locations, we’ll discuss alternatives.

Can you create branded artwork?
Yes — we can design custom stencils, live printing, murals, and interactive art zones that align with your brand.
Do you provide risk assessments?
Yes — for schools, corporate events, and public spaces where required.

Terms & Conditions — Cockney Green
1. Bookings & Payments

A deposit is required to secure your booking.

Full payment is due before or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received.
2. Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may incur full payment.

If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a rescheduled date or full refund.
3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is possible if requested at least 7 days in advance.

Last-minute changes may incur additional fees.
4. Health & Safety

Participants must follow safety instructions at all times.

Protective equipment will be provided and must be worn when requested.

Cockney Green is not liable for personal injury caused by failure to follow safety guidance.
5. Venue Conditions

If the event is held at your venue, you are responsible for providing a suitable space.

We require access to water, electricity (if needed), and adequate ventilation.
6. Leake Street Sessions

Leake Street is a public space; we cannot guarantee exclusive use of a wall.

We will allocate a safe, appropriate painting area for your group.
7. Artwork & Photography

Participants keep their own artworks where applicable.

Cockney Green reserves the right to photograph sessions for promotional use unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Behaviour Policy

We expect respectful behaviour toward artists, staff, and other participants.

Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in termination of the session without refund.
9. Liability

Cockney Green is insured for professional workshop delivery.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

LEAKE STREET Graffiti Workshop / Experience
Terms & Conditions, Liability Waiver & Participant Agreement
Location: Leake Street Tunnel, London
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and participation in Cockney Green graffiti workshops and experiences. By booking or taking part in a Cockney Green workshop, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
1. Booking Confirmation
All workshops must be booked and paid for in advance. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Cockney Green. Cockney Green reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking where necessary for safety, operational, or organisational reasons.
2. Cancellation Policy
All bookings are non-refundable. If a participant cancels their booking for any reason, no refund will be issued. Bookings cannot be rescheduled, transferred, or exchanged for another date or participant. Failure to attend the scheduled workshop will be treated as a no-show and no refund or alternative date will be provided.
3. Location Disclaimer
Cockney Green graffiti workshops take place at Leake Street Tunnel, London, which is a public environment. Cockney Green has no control over the behaviour of members of the public or other activities taking place within the tunnel. Participants acknowledge that they are entering and participating in the workshop at their own risk. Cockney Green accepts no responsibility or liability for incidents, disruptions, or accidents caused by third parties or members of the public within the tunnel.
4. Participant Responsibility
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by Cockney Green instructors at all times and behave responsibly and safely during the workshop. Failure to follow instructions or engage in unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the workshop.
5. Use of Equipment
Workshops involve the use of spray paint, art materials, and related equipment. Participants must use all materials and equipment only as instructed by workshop leaders. Cockney Green accepts no liability for injuries, damage, or harm caused through misuse of equipment or failure to follow instructions.
6. Clothing & Personal Belongings
Spray paint is permanent and may stain clothing and personal items. Participants are advised to wear old clothing suitable for painting. Cockney Green accepts no responsibility for paint damage to clothing, footwear, bags, or personal belongings and accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings during the workshop.
7. Health & Safety
Participants should ensure they are physically able to take part in the activity and must follow all safety guidance given by instructors. Cockney Green accepts no liability for injuries or accidents arising from misuse of equipment, failure to follow instructions, unsafe behaviour, pre-existing medical conditions, actions of other participants or members of the public, or the public environment of Leake Street Tunnel.
8. Behaviour & Right to Remove Participants
Cockney Green reserves the right to stop the workshop or remove participants if behaviour is considered unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate. Participants removed for safety or behaviour reasons will not receive a refund.
9. Children & Supervision
Children attending workshops must be supervised by a responsible adult where required. Parents or guardians remain fully responsible for the safety and behaviour of children participating.
10. Photography & Media
Photographs or videos may be taken during workshops for marketing and promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to appear in images must inform the instructor before the workshop begins.
11. Liability Waiver
By participating in the workshop, participants acknowledge that the activity involves spray paint and art materials and takes place in a public environment. Participation carries inherent risks and participants voluntarily accept these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cockney Green and its instructors shall not be liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage occurring during or in connection with the workshop, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

By making payment you confirm that you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver, agree to follow all safety instructions, and accept responsibility for my participation.
