Looking for a team experience
that’s genuinely different?
Cockney Green creates corporate team-building experiences, street-art workshops and Visual Language programmes that get teams away from their screens and creating, communicating and thinking differently together.
Explore London’s street-art culture with our South Bank & Leake Street experiences, or take over our private creative space at LEX2 on the Old Kent Road — just one stop from London Bridge.
LEX2 combines the raw energy of street art with state-of-the-art facilities, giving businesses everything they need for a creative team day under one roof.
With a large indoor studio, covered outdoor spray-painting area, interactive presentation board, PA and sound system, Wi-Fi and presentation facilities, teams can move seamlessly between meetings, presentations, strategy sessions and hands-on creativity.
Add breakfast, lunch, refreshments and bespoke catering, and we can transform the space into a fully hosted experience — from a two-hour creative session to a full corporate away day.
Whether the aim is team building, leadership, strategy, wellbeing, employee engagement or simply bringing people together, we'll create an experience around your team.
Step out of the office. Switch off the screens. Pick up a paintbrush or spray can — and see what happens when your team creates together.
CORPORATE PACKAGES
Bespoke corporate packages are available. Get in touch to discuss how we can work creatively with your team — from off-screen time and team building to Visual Language, leadership, strategy and wellbeing, creating an experience shaped around your people and goals.

THE POWER OF PAINT
Born from the success of our free Youth Street Art Club, The Arts Yard C.I.C was created to make art and creativity more accessible to our community.
Co-founded by Kathryn McGuinness and Alan Davies, we bring together 25+ years of Art & Design teaching and professional street-art experience to create welcoming, inclusive opportunities for children, young people, adults and families.
We’ve seen first-hand how creativity can build confidence, create connections, develop new skills and give people a place to belong — particularly for neurodiverse and SEND young people and those who may not always feel comfortable in traditional creative spaces.
Our vision is to grow The Arts Yard into a permanent Creative Health Hub — a place where creativity, community and wellbeing come together.
We believe in The Power of Paint. Street art is the gateway — creativity is where it can take you.

REBEL SPIRIT
By Kathryn McGuinness BA(Hons). PGCE
Rebel Spirit
Rebel Spirit brings together works that fuse street art with myth, emotion, and Irish ancestry, exploring love, storm, and feminine power through charged colour, urban mark-making, and spiritual storytelling.
Hi Everyone,
This past month I’ve been immersed in finishing my personal artwork, and it’s finally ready to share! I’d love for you to pop into Café Felice on Albion Street, Rotherhithe, grab a coffee, and wander through my creations. From swirling skies and goddess energy to bold street-art vibes, there’s something for every imagination to get lost in. Come see, feel, and be inspired — I can’t wait to share this world with you!
With colour and energy,
Look forward to seeing you all there!
