Delivery
All delivery options, costs, and estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout.
Despatch times typically range from 1–4 working days, depending on the selected carrier and current warehouse workload.
For UK orders placed by 1pm (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays), we can offer scheduled next working day delivery through our Express services (excluding certain extended area destinations). Please place your order by 1pm to allow time for preparation before our 3pm dispatch, and select the appropriate shipping method at checkout (estimated delivery dates will appear at this stage — you may need to choose the express shipping option). Weekend deliveries are available only if the Saturday service is selected.
Orders placed after 1pm or outside of working hours will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Returns
You may return any unused items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund of the item price. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned items.
After 14 days, items that are not faulty or sent in error can still be returned or exchanged, but will incur a 5% restocking fee.
Items cannot be returned after 30 days from receipt.
Please note: these terms do not apply to DVDs where the seal or wrapping has been opened, or to books and magazines.
Unless the item was sent in error or is damaged on receipt, you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning goods to us.
