Cockney Green – Graffiti Workshop Terms & Conditions & Liability Waiver Location: Leake Street Tunnel, London By booking or participating in a Cockney Green graffiti workshop or experience, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms. Bookings All bookings must be paid for in advance to secure a place. Cancellation Policy All bookings are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking for any reason, no refund will be issued. Bookings cannot be rescheduled or transferred to another date or participant. Failure to attend will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be provided. Location Workshops take place at Leake Street Tunnel, London, which is a public space. Cockney Green is not responsible for the behaviour or actions of members of the public within the tunnel. Participants attend and take part at their own risk. Safety & Equipment Participants must follow all safety instructions given by workshop leaders. Spray paint and materials must be used only as instructed. Cockney Green is not liable for injuries or damage resulting from misuse of equipment, failure to follow instructions, unsafe behaviour, or actions of other participants or members of the public. Clothing & Personal Belongings Spray paint is permanent and may stain clothing and personal items. Participants should wear suitable clothing. Cockney Green is not responsible for paint damage to clothing or personal belongings, or for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the workshop. Behaviour Cockney Green reserves the right to stop the workshop or remove participants if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. In such cases no refund will be issued. Photography Photos or videos may be taken during workshops for promotional purposes. Please notify the instructor if you do not wish to appear in images. Liability By participating, you acknowledge that the activity involves the use of spray paint and takes place in a public environment. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Cockney Green and its instructors are not liable for injury, loss, or damage occurring during the workshop except where liability cannot legally be excluded Full Terms and Conditionals can be found on our website
